An Arma woman has been charged with bilking a 97-year-old southeast Kansas woman she had been caring for out of almost $1 million. Ernestine Anselmi, 74, was charged Wednesday with felony mistreatment of a dependent adult, Lena Zanichelli, also of Arma, the Kansas Attorney General's Office said.
