Cable & Electric Line Violations Blamed For 2007 Wildfires

A California Public Utilities Commission report released found that San Diego Gas & Electric was to blame for starting October's Witch Creek, Guejito and Rice wildfires. The report also determined that Cox Communications contributed to the start of the Guejito Fire.
